Reflection

The youtube tutorials I used to help create my project was "How to turn yourself into a zombie (Photoshop)" and "Adobe Photoshop clip to layer". The articles I used to help create my project was "How to invert a layer mask in Adobe Photoshop". Some compositing techniques I used to create this project are adjustment layer. I used adjustment layers multiple times during this project specifically I used a level adjustment layer to create the grey eyes, to make the skin dull I used a vibrance adjustment layer to lower the saturation of the image and then used a hue adjustment layer to turn the skin slightly green. The most challenging part of the project was adding wrinkles to image because I had to go back and adjust previous layers in order to make the wrinkles blend in more with the skin, for example, I had erase certain sections of the skull in order to make it fit in more with the wrinkly skin. I overcame that challenge by going back and adjusting each of my previous layers as to better incorporate the wrinkled skin. Based on the learning target, the level of mastery my project demonstrates is "meeting the learning target" because it is comprised of nineteen layers, however, it does not look very different to what was demonstrated in the tutorial and does not attempt to move beyond was shown in tutorial to create something complex, for these reasons, I believe my project demonstrates "meeting the learning target".
