Reflection

Elements of art are important to a photographer because those elements improve the look and feel of a photograph by making the viewer feel an emotion or think about an idea or topic. For my theme I chose to photograph cars because I have a passion and interest for cars. The easiest part of this project was photographing for the element of space because my subject for the photo had already happened to be located in an empty space. The most challenging part of this project was photographing for the element of color because after 2004, people had stopped buying colored cars and thus the market for colored cars had gone down and became strictly reserved for luxurious vehicles, as a result, it became harder and harder to find a colored vehicle which made it very difficult to photograph a car that had to be of a bright color so, I had to photograph a toy car instead, in order to fit my theme of cars.
